8/29/25 Dylan Moore's return to Texas Rangers a full-circle moment for veteran utility player. Dylan Moore, in need of a new beginning, returned to where it began. The Texas Rangers promoted Moore, a veteran utility player who spent seven seasons with the Seattle Mariners before he was released earlier this month, to the active roster before Friday's game against the Athletics at Sutter Health Park. The Rangers selected Moore out of Central Florida in the seventh round of the 2015 MLB draft.

The Texas Rangers have agreed with Dylan Moore to a minor-league deal, a person with direct knowledge confirmed to The Dallas Morning News. Moore, 33, appeared in 88 games this season with Seattle before he was designated for assignment over the weekend.
