7/26/10	Healthy after back surgery, 41-year-old backup catcher Brad Ausmus returned to the Dodgers' lineup on Saturday for the first time since April. Manager Joe Torre delivered the message to Ausmus on Friday night during a 6-1 loss to the Mets.
7/15/10	Ausmus will continue his rehab assignment this week. He could be activated as soon as next week.
4/15/10	Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Brad Ausmus will have surgery on Thursday to repair a herniated disc in his back, and is expected to miss at least three months.
4/13/10	Disabled Dodgers catcher Brad Ausmus had an MRI and examination by Dr. Robert Watkins on Monday, and received an epidural injection for a pinched nerve in his lower back. Ausmus was placed on the disabled last week when he experienced discomfort down his left leg and numbness in his left foot. It was the first time Ausmus was sidelined in a 17-year career.
4/11/10	Dodgers backup catcher Brad Ausmus is on the disabled list for the first time in his 17-year major-league career. The Dodgers made the move Saturday because Ausmus has a pinched nerve in his back. He’s expected to be sidelined only as long as the 15-day stint on the DL.
4/11/10	The Los Angeles Dodgers placed Ausmus on the 15-Day disabled list retroactive to April 9 with a pinched nerve in his lower back.
3/25/10	Ausmus, out a week with lower back pain, has resumed baseball activities, including catching bullpen sessions, and expects to return to game action in the next few days.
