5/11/10With J.J. Hardy hitting the DL, Harris could see a lot of starts at SS in the next 10 days or so. Hardy is eligible to return May 20, so don't count on Harris getting much time after that.
4/16/10Brendan Harris could get a few starts while Nick Punto sits with a sore groin.
3/20/10Although Twins' skipper Ron Gardenhire is slow to identify a front-runner for the team's starting 3B job, Brendan Harris seems to be losing out to Nick Punto. Harris has no chance to beat out newcomers J.J. Hardy (SS) and Orlando Hudson (2B) at the other infield positions, but he is still likely to make the team in a backup IF role.
