In 14 games in 2024, the 40-year-old was 21-of-22 on field goal attempts, a perfect 25-for-25 on extra point attempts and 6-for-6 from at least 50 yards out. Nick Folk matched his career high of five field goals and Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears rushed for touchdowns to lead the Tennessee Titans to a 31-12 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Monday night in Miami Gardens, Fla. Mason Rudolph replaced injured quarterback Will Levis and completed 9 of 17 passes for 85 yards as Tennessee (1-3) dominated the beleaguered Dolphins. The Colts had to score a touchdown to win after Nick Folk made a 46-yard field goal to put the Titans 28-25 in front with four minutes, 19 seconds left on the clock. The former Arizona Wildcat now on the Tennessee Titans earned AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after kicking a game-winning overtime field goal to lead the Titans to a 27-24 win over the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday. The Chargers worked overtime Sunday only to see Nick Folk kick a 41-yard field goal with 5:02 left in the extra period to give the Tennessee Titans a 27-24 victory. The Chargers remained winless after last week's season-opening loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Titans took a 24-21 lead on Ryan Tannehill's 4-yard touchdown pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine with 2:22 remaining.
