(LEARFIELD) – The Chicago Cubs jumped out in front with three runs in the first, but Milwaukee scored four times in the bottom of the third and led the rest of the way. The first battle between National League Central Division leaders was won by the Brewers Monday night, 8-4. Sal Frelick, Christian Yelich, and Andrew Vaughn hit homers, and Nick Mears picked up the pitching win in relief while Matthew Boyd took the loss for Chicago.
