Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Chase Burns pitched well enough to win on Monday night against the Los Angeles Dodgers, but the Reds' offense mustered just two runs in the 5-2 loss at Great American Ball Park. Burns gave up three runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings. He walked a batter and struck out 10. The Cincinnati Reds begin a three-game set with the Colorado Rockies on Friday night, and the most important thing to watch will be who is on the mound. Chase Burns makes his fourth career start. His first three have been quite varied, but largely solid. There is one thing I would like to see from his next performance. Burns needs to have a walk-free performance.
