| 7/26/25 | Francisco Lindor Joins Alex Rodriguez in Incredible Baseball History. The New York Mets beat the San Francisco Giants 8-1 on Friday night at Oracle Park, moving to 60-44 in the process. Clay Holmes earned the win on the mound, working five innings and surrendering just one run on six hits. He walked one and struck out two. He's now 9-5 with a 3.40 ERA. Offensively, the Mets were led by Francisco Lindor, who went 3-for-5 with a home run, an RBI and three runs scored. The home run was his 20th of the season and also tied him with Alex Rodriguez in some prestigious baseball history.
