Jurickson Profar's RBI groundout to second in the ninth Saturday gave the Braves a 7-6 win over the Cardinals, the team's second one-run victory in as many days. The Braves got a leadoff single from Nacho Alvarez Jr., who joined the club Friday night ahead of Saturday's game, and then a one-out single from pinch hitter Drake Baldwin to the plate against Cardinals closer Ryan Helsey (3-1). One of them managed to be that Jurickson Profar is bringing some pop to the lineup. In the 5-4 walk-off loss to The Athletics, Profar hit a two-run home run with two outs in the top of the fourth inning to tie things up 3-3. | 7/04/25 | Profar Having Return to Braves' Lineup He Desperately Needed. Jurickson Profar has had a best-case-scenario return to the Atlanta Braves lineup after serving his 80-game suspension. "It's kinda nice to have that other switch hitter in the middle of the lineup and feel good when he's up there," manager Brian Snitker said Wednesday night.
