11/22/24	Dolphins optimistic Terron Armstead, Alec Ingold can play Sunday vs. Patriots. Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said he's optimistic about Armstead's availability for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. Armstead, 33, has had several past instances when he plays a game despite not practicing during the week, and at this point for him, it may be more about managing any aches and pains midweek to keep him available for game days. Armstead was questionable last week before playing against the Las Vegas Raiders. By all accounts, Armstead, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, is playing at an exceptional level, while only missing one game this season due to concussion. Alec Ingold scored the go-ahead touchdown on a 3-yard run with four minutes left, and Jason Sanders kicked three field goals to make up for three botched kicks by the Dolphins special teams on Sunday as Miami beat the New England Patriots 15-10. In a game between two of the NFL's worst teams that was pocked with penalties, missed kicks and clock management mistakes, each team managed just one touchdown, with Miami (2-3) taking the lead when Ingold plunged into the end zone on his only carry of the game.
