8/19/25 Bryce Miller Details Multiple Mechanical Changes as He Returns to Seattle Mariners. Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Bryce Miller will make his much-anticipated return to the starting rotation on Tuesday afternoon when the M's play the Philadelphia Phillies at 3:45 p.m. PT. It will be a big day for Miller, who has been on the shelf since early June with his second bout of elbow inflammation. It's been a difficult year for Miller, who went 12-8 last season with a 2.94 ERA. When Miller takes to the mound on Tuesday, he'll be doing so with some different mechanics, having made some changes during his latest rehab assignment at Triple-A Tacoma.

According to a post on "X" from Seattle Times reporter Adam Jude, Mariners starting pitcher Bryce Miller will be activated off the injured list and start in Game 2 of a three-game series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday. Miller was placed on the injured list June 10 (retroactive to June 7) due to right elbow inflammation related to a bone spur.

8/14/25 Seattle Mariners Pitcher Bryce Miller Puts Up Solid Numbers in Latest Rehab Start. The Seattle Mariners starting rotation has gone through the entire season without being at full strength. Mariners starting pitcher Bryce Miller has been on the injured list since June 10 (retroactive to June 7) due to right elbow inflammation, related to a bone spur in his elbow. Miller was on the shelf for the same injury from May 14-31 and received a cortisone shot before that IL stint, which he didn't respond well to. Miller has been on a rehab assignment with Seattle's Triple-A affiliate, the Tacoma Rainiers, since Aug. 1.

At 66-53, Seattle is now a season-high 13 games over .500. Bryce Miller is expected to be back after one more rehab start with Triple-A Tacoma, and Victor Robles figures to be back by the first of September. 8/07/25 2nd rehab start by Seattle Mariners' Bryce Miller not as smooth. There is good news and bad news from the second rehab start made by Seattle Mariners pitcher Bryce Miller. The good news is more important, which is that Miller was able to throw 66 pitches, 47 of which were strikes, for the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers on Thursday night against the Reno Aces. Miller made it through just 3 2/3 innings at Tacoma's Cheney Stadium, and he learned firsthand why the Pacific Coast League is known as a launching pad for home runs. The Aces struck for three homers against Miller, two of which were by Seth Brown, an Oregon native who twice hit the 20-homer mark in the majors with the Athletics.

8/05/25 Would Seattle Mariners use Bryce Miller out of the bullpen?. Bryce Miller is on the comeback trail, as the third-year Seattle Mariners pitcher started a rehab assignment last week with the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers. The 26-year-old right-hander has been on the injured list since June with right elbow inflammation, but he had an impressive first outing back on the mound Friday, holding the Sugar Land Space Cowboys scoreless on one hit and no walks with six strikeouts over four innings. With at least two more rehab starts expected for Miller, that puts his timeline for a return to the Mariners' starting rotation sometime before the end of August.

Seattle Mariners pitcher Bryce Miller continued to inch forward in his return from elbow inflammation on Saturday, throwing a light bullpen at T-Mobile Park. Bryce Miller pitched off a mound this afternoon for the first time since landing on the IL on June 7. This has been a tough season across the board for Miller, who is on the injured list for the second time. Miller's injury isn't the only one that Seattle has had to deal with this season, as George Kirby (shoulder inflammation) and Logan Gilbert (flexor tendon strain) have also missed time.

It's listed as right elbow inflammation for Miller, who is battling a bone spur in that elbow. The order of operation is that Bryce sees our doctors and they make a recommendation. Dr. (Keith) Meister is one of the best, if not the best, orthopedists in the country...
