5/05/25 Brock Bowers returns to UGA to complete his degree. Brock Bowers majored in finance before the Las Vegas Raiders drafted the former Bulldogs star in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

5/04/25 Caleb Rogers' Experience Will Prove Valuable to the Raiders. By most accounts, the Las Vegas Raiders walked away from the NFL Draft with a solid draft haul that included a standout offensive skill position player and multiple offensive linemen. Last year's draft haul produced various contributors to the Raiders roster, and this year's draft haul will too. Last year, the Raiders' draft class was led by tight end Brock Bowers, who established himself as arguably the best tight end in the league as a rookie. Las Vegas also selected offensive linemen Jackson Powers-Johnson and DJ Glaze.

5/03/25 Why Bech and Meyers Should Mesh Well for Raiders. The Las Vegas Raiders know they must be better at throwing the football in 2025. The Raiders had fine passing offense statistics last season, but when watching them play, it was obvious that they struggled to move the ball through the air if they were not throwing to tight end Brock Bowers or Jakobi Meyers. Bowers was obviously excellent as he shattered rookie records, while Meyers was as reliable as it gets for being a top receiver.

4/23/25 Rams rumors: What Dianna Russini is hearing about a trade up after failed Brock Bowers pursuit. The Los Angeles Rams came into the 2024 NFL Draft locked in on one goal: landing Georgia tight end Brock Bowers. Considered by many in the league as a rare offensive talent, Bowers was a top target for head coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead. According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, the Rams were actively working the phones in an attempt to move up from their 19th overall pick. The team had already zeroed in on Bowers well before draft night.

4/20/25 NFL Mock Draft: Raiders Draft Stud WR on Day Two. The Las Vegas Raiders' scouting department made an important decision last year in the draft to take Brock Bowers instead of reaching on a quarterback when they desperately needed one. Now that they traded for Geno Smith and extended his contract for the next two years, they have their quarterback and an even higher draft pick than last year.

4/15/25 Tyreek Hill Named Draft Day Trade Possibility. The Las Vegas Raiders need a weapon to go alongside All-Pro second year tight end Brock Bowers. Quarterback Geno Smith gives the silver and black a massive step up at the position; getting him viable weapons and building a strong foundation for the future, which may or may not include a young quarterback, is just as essential. The Raiders have been tied to several wide receivers throughout the 2025 NFL Draft process, most notably Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan (who they would have to spend the No. 6 overall pick on if they truly want him), but what about a draft day trade? 33rd Team's Ian Valentino made a list of NFL stars who should be traded during the draft, and Miami Dolphins superstar Tyreek Hill was named a fit for the Raiders.

4/14/25 Should Raiders Extend Jakobi Meyers?. The Las Vegas Raiders had two bright spots on offense last season: rookie tight end Brock Bowers and veteran wide receiver Jakobi Meyers. While Bowers is new to the NFL, he's under team control, but Meyers, on the other hand, could be in the conversation of getting an extension. Meyers has been with the franchise since the 2022 season, and ever since donning a Raider uniform, Meyers has been a consistent piece on offense. After Davante Adams got traded last season, Meyers became the primary wide receiver and didn't disappoint.

4/13/25 Michael Mayer Presents the Raiders a Valuable Opportunity. While the addition of Brock Bowers the offseason after trading up in the second round to draft Michael Mayer was a non-story in the Raiders locker room, it is still intriguing. Coming out of college, Michael Mayer was undoubtedly one of the best tight ends to enter the National Football League. Mayer left Notre Dame as arguably the best tight end in the storied college football program's history and was worth the Raiders trading up to get him.

4/10/25 Colorado star predicted to pair with Brock Bowers after Raiders make blockbuster trade with Browns. Shortly after Travis Hunter's workout in Colorado's Pro Day, the chatter immediately began about the two-way star surging into the conversation as the favorite to go No. 2 overall to the Cleveland Browns and not his quarterback, Shedeur Sanders. While that still could be the case, there's always the possibility the Browns trade out of that spot. In NFL Network's Rhett Lewis' latest mock draft, he has just that happening—with the Las Vegas Raiders trading up to take Hunter with the second pick.

4/07/25 Why Raiders Should Consider Star TCU WR in NFL Draft. The Las Vegas Raiders had a solid passing attack in 2024, but it could be even better this upcoming season. The Raiders' passing offense posted good numbers, but there are few reliable pass-catchers beyond tight end Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers. The Raiders could add to this group in the 2025 NFL Draft. This wide receiver class is unique.

4/05/25 REPORT: Top Raiders WR Targets Ranked. The Las Vegas Raiders will look to add playmakers alongside All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers and a top wide receiver will be on their big board. Pro Football Focus' Trevor Sikkema ranked the top options in the 2025 NFL Draft, and several have been linked to the Raiders throughout the draft cycle.

4/05/25 Raiders Ranked as Worst Drafting Team. The Raiders will be looking to add more talent to their roster, and it can come in many different ways. The Raiders history with the first-round picks has not been great, especially in the last few years. The Raiders have not been the best at taking the best player possible when it comes to selecting in the first round, with the exception of Brock Bowers in last year's draft.

4/04/25 Colts Expected to Get Sniped Again in Draft. The NFL Draft is always rewarding if a team approaches it correctly, but it can be a heartbreaking affair as well. In last year's draft, the Colts needed a tight end, and the best prospect at the position in recent memory was available in Brock Bowers. The Colts made an attempt to trade up inside the top 10 in order to have a shot at Bowers, but there were no takers on the trade market. The Colts stood there at 15 as quarterbacks continued to come off the board, shoving Bowers closer to them.

4/01/25 Should the Raiders Trade for Tyreek Hill?. The Las Vegas Raiders still have a lot of money left in free agency and yet have made no moves toward revamping their wide receiver room. While they do have one of the best-receiving threats across the league in Brock Bowers, he needs more support from the team. Outside of Bowers, their next option is Jakobi Meyers, who is coming off the best season of his career. There are still free agents available, like Amari Cooper, who they can target, but he wouldn't revolutionize their offense as opposed to being a complementary part of it.
