7/05/25 | Former Tigers ace takes deal with AL Central rival Royals. What seems like many years ago, the Detroit Tigers had Michael Fulmer on their roster. Unfortunately, the right-hander's time in Detroit didn't always go as planned, but there shouldn't be any hard feelings from either side. A first-round pick of the New York Mets during the 2011 MLB draft, Fulmer has been around the league quite a bit. The last time he pitched in Detroit was in 2022, when he had a 3.20 ERA.
