McGuire hit a home run in his first at-bat for the Chicago Cubs during the second inning of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. Now, he's reportedly found his next professional home. McGuire reportedly signed a minor league deal with the Chicago Cubs, per Just Baseball's Aram Leighton . The catcher joins his fourth MLB franchise after the Red Sox, the Chicago White Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays. The 2013 first-round draft pick slashed .264/.315/.370 for a .686 OPS in 161 career games for the Red Sox.
