Reds 8, Rockies 5 Tuesday at Goodyear Ballpark On the mound: Kyle Freeland had a decent outing as he continued his strong spring. The veteran southpaw had a 1.80 ERA in five innings coming in, and followed that up with 4 2/3 innings of two-run ball, with eight strikeouts and no walks. His spring ERA now stands at 2.79. Tyler Kinley also put up a scoreless frame as he's yet to allow a hit or run through four Cactus League games. Victor Vodnik pitched a scoreless seventh, working around a hit and a walk. But the game came unglued in the eighth, when Seth Halvorsen gave up the lead. He was hammered for five runs on three hits and two walks in 2/3 of an inning. He has a 9.53 spring ERA.
