5/13/25 Cardinals and Phillies to play split doubleheader after Tuesday's game postponed due to weather. The second game of a three-game series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies was postponed on Tuesday because of inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a split day/night doubleheader on Wednesday. Cardinals right-hander Erick Fedde will face Phillies right-hander Aaron Nola in the first game of the doubleheader.

5/10/25 Erick Fedde Delivers Strong Message, Performance To Former Team. Erick Fedde has had quite a roller coaster ride of a baseball career. The righty pitched his first big league seasons with the team that drafted him, the Washington Nationals. After two down years in 2021 and 2022, Fedde went off to Korea to play overseas before making a big league return in 2024 with the Chicago White Sox. Last season, Fedde was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals and on Friday night, he had the opportunity to pitch against his former team.

5/10/25 St. Louis Cardinals' Erick Fedde Tosses Complete Game Shutout Against Former Team. Erick Fedde spent nearly a decade in the Washington Nationals' organization, dating all the way back to the first round of the 2014 MLB Draft. Now with the St. Louis Cardinals, Fedde proved once again Friday night that he is at his best against his former team. The Nationals tacked on lone singles in the third, fifth, sixth, seventh and ninth innings, but none of them led to runs. By the end of the night, Fedde had gone the distance, stringing together a complete game shutout.

5/09/25 Erick Fedde grabs complete game victory as Cardinals rock Nationals. Erick Fedde threw the first complete game of his career and William Contreras drove in three runs, as the visiting St. Louis Cardinals posted a 10-0 victory over the Washington Nationals on Friday. Fedde (3-3) allowed six hits, while striking out eight and walking none across 109 pitches, marking the fourth complete game thrown in the majors this season. Nolan Arenado had three hits, while Ivan Herrera drove in a pair of runs for the Cardinals, who extended their winning streak to six games.
