1/08/25 Chicago White Sox's Luis Robert Jr. Recognized as Top 10 CF in MLB. With trade rumors continuing to swirl around Luis Robert Jr., the Chicago White Sox star has earned some major praise heading into 2025. MLB Network kicked off its annual "Top 10 Players Right Now" series on Tuesday, starting with center fielders. Past performance, offensive and defensive metrics and input from the MLB Network research team were all taken into account, resulting in Seattle Mariners standout Julio Rodríguez taking hold of the top spot. Mack's Mets will summarize players mentioned as possible new members of the team available via trade or free agency that have popped up in the media associated with them as a part of the 40 man roster. Center Fielder Luis Robert, Jr. is a bit of a financial albatross from his nearly record setting losing employer, the Chicago White Sox. As an example, Robert back in 2023 hit .264 which was fine for a sterling defensive player. For a team with a lot of holes to fill, sacrificing Robert, Jr. for a change of scenery trade could bring back multiple interesting pieces.

12/25/24 Dodgers Could Trade for $50 Million All-Star as Teoscar Hernandez Replacement. The Los Angeles Dodgers are reportedly looking at three right-handed hitting options just in case outfielder Teoscar Hernández doesn't re-sign with the World Series champions.
