4/10/25 'So electric': How Arozarena brings Seattle Mariners a spark. Seattle Mariners left fielder Randy Arozarena is one of them. From his rise to stardom during Tampa Bay's 2020 run to the World Series to his heroics for Team Mexico in the 2023 World Baseball Classic, Arozarena has had knack for coming through in big situations and playing his best under the brightest lights. The Mariners are starting to get a taste of that early this season. The clearest example came Wednesday in Seattle's stunning 7-6 comeback win over division-rival Houston.

4/10/25 How Seattle Mariners' Julio Rodríguez showed inspiring sign. Randy Arozarena was the hero on Wednesday for the Seattle Mariners. The left fielder belted the clutch two-out grand slam in the bottom of the eighth inning that pulled the M's within one run and breathed life into an offense that had been shut down through its first 23 outs. Salk: Will first series win set Seattle Mariners off in right direction? While Arozarena was the hero, it was what center fielder Julio Rodríguez did a few batters before the walk-off walk that encouraged Seattle Sports' Brock and Salk.

4/09/25 Mariners rally for improbable comeback to take series over Astros. Randy Arozarena belted an eighth-inning grand slam and then drove in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning with a bases-loaded walk, sending the Mariners to an improbable 7-6 victory over the rival Houston Astros on Wednesday afternoon at T-Mobile Park. The Mariners trailed 5-0 with two outs in the bottom of the ninth and appeared headed for their third straight series loss when Arozarena turned on an inside fastball from Astros lefty Steven Okert, sending it 384 feet into the Houston bullpen beyond the wall in left field.

4/01/25 Randy Arozarena's warning will frighten opposing pitchers. The Seattle Mariners are off to a slow start after falling to a 2-3 record in their first five games of the regular season. Outfielder Randy Arozarena aims for big things this season after giving a warning that may send a shiver down the backs of opposing pitchers. Although the 30-year-old outfielder's batting average is below average to begin the season, his power has been on full display. When asked about his approach at the plate, Randy Arozarena made it clear that his goal is to go yard as often as possible, according to Mariners writer Daniel Kramer of MLB.com.
