Joe Ryan followed it up with a stellar start they badly needed. It has been a nosedive for the Minnesota Twins over the last few weeks, losers of 11 of their last 12 the Twins just have not been able to break out of this slump they've found themselves in. This losing stint has dropped them from second to fourth in the AL Central, and sunk them well under .500 for their season record. But sometimes winning cures all, and hopefully for the Twins, yesterday's win will do just that.
