6/20/25	Chargers' Najee Harris may be the most disrespected 1,000-yard RB ever. The Los Angeles Chargers signed running back Najee Harris to a cheap one-year deal in free agency, representing a rather low-risk, potentially high-reward move for the club. Harris posted 1,000 yards in each of his first four NFL seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, so you would think there would be considerable hype surrounding him heading into his debut campaign with the Chargers. Instead, Harris has been slammed with nothing but disrespect since joining Los Angeles. Heck, even the front office itself showed very little confidence in him when it selected North Carolina halfback Omarion Hampton in the first round of the draft (and then added Raheim Sanders as an undrafted free agent). 6/15/25	Steelers Star RB Makes Big Change for New Role. Out went former first-round pick Najee Harris, and in came rookie third-round pick Kaleb Johnson and free-agent addition Kenneth Gainwell. The new duo will complement the new starter and veteran in the room, Jaylen Warren. The fourth-year running back is set to be the main ball-carrier and backfield option for the Steelers, and he's made some excellent adjustments to better prepare for the role. 6/14/25	Chargers rookie Oronde Gadsden is ascending quicker than expected. The Los Angeles Chargers made some major improvements on offense this offseason. Adding players such as Najee Harris, Omarion Hampton, Mike Williams and Tre Harris will go a long way in improving the skill positions around Justin Herbert and Ladd McConkey. The former Syracuse standout had 934 yards and seven touchdowns in 2024, leading to the Chargers drafting him in the fifth round back in April. Los Angeles Chargers fans still very frustrated with the team's outlook at the tight end position are more than justified for those feelings. Tight end was such an obvious weak point of the roster this offseason that the Chargers signing a notable free agent and then still drafting the position as early as the first round was a pretty reasonable suggestion. The Los Angeles Chargers have told anyone who will listen what a high value and steal they uncovered in the first round of the NFL draft this year with Omarion Hampton. Hampton has since looked the part at Chargers practices already, certainly at least matching the hype of fans who think he can seriously push veteran Najee Harris for the snaps next season. The Bolts' first round pick is already making waves, as he could very well have a big rookie year. Hampton was a star at North Carolina, with the Chargers even admitting they didn't believe he'd be available at their No.22 overall pick.
