6/29/25 Critical Change in Approach Will Benefit the Raiders. The Las Vegas Raiders have had three offensive coordinators and on interim offensive coordinator in just the last couple of seasons alone. There were many reasons for the turnover at the position, including injuries, poor play calling and poor execution. This was especially the case last season, when the Raiders could not figure out how to get Zamir White going, after the veteran posted an impressive final four games of the 2023-24 season. Luke Getsy failed to find a way to put White in a good position and it cost everyone dearly.

6/13/25 Raiders' unique Ashton Jeanty role is already defying conventional wisdom. The Las Vegas Raiders took a leap of faith with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft by selecting Ashton Jeanty. While many felt that this team had too many problems to take a luxury in the first round, especially in a deep running back draft, someone had to end up with the class' best prospect. Fortunately, that team was the Raiders, who averaged a league-worst 79.8 yards per game last season. After a poor 2024 campaign from Zamir White and adding only veteran Raheem Mostert in free agency, Jeanty has become the obvious workhorse back in Las Vegas.

6/11/25 Raiders' Raheem Mostert reflects on long journey to Chip Kelly reunion. The Las Vegas Raiders had the worst rushing attack in the entire league last year, averaging just 79.8 yards per game on the ground. Part of this was the fault of offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, but both Zamir White and Alexander Mattison failed to improve the situation either. To remedy this, the Raiders used the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft on generational running back prospect Ashton Jeanty. While the team will certainly expect plenty from their star rookie, they also hedged their bets by adding veteran Raheem Mostert this offseason.

5/20/25 Raiders' next roster move couldn't be clearer now after Ashton Jeanty selection. Once upon a time, the Las Vegas Raiders had an incredibly talented roster that was showing signs of life under an interim coach. Zamir White looked like a potential workhorse back at the end of the 2023 season, as he totaled 397 yards and two 100-yard outings in the final four games.

4/29/25 New Raiders signing is already on thin ice after 2025 NFL Draft. The Las Vegas Raiders made a gross miscalculation last offseason. Then-general manager Tom Telesco bet on third-year running back Zamir White to replicate the production of former First-Team All-Pro Josh Jacobs. Free agent Alexander Mattison was also added to the fold, but the two combined for just 603 rushing yards on the season. This was 200 yards less than Jacobs' worst season with the Silver and Black.
