9/07/25 | Raiders open 2025 with bizarre Raheem Mostert decision that has fans baffled. The Las Vegas Raiders had the worst rushing attack in the NFL last season under head coach Antonio Pierce and offensive coordinator Luke Getsy. The running back tandem of Zamir White and Alexander Mattison was not able to get anything done, so the team made changes this offseason. Mattison was not brought back in free agency, and the team went out and signed veteran running back Raheem Mostert on a cheap deal. Mostert was a Pro Bowler in 2023 after he led the NFL in rushing touchdowns, and he has a relationship with offensive coordinator Chip Kelly as well. 8/26/25 | Polarizing Raiders player just determined the fate of two fan favorites. The Las Vegas Raiders had plenty of decisions to make regarding their final 53-man roster. First-year head coach Pete Carroll preached the importance of competition throughout training camp, opening the door for several players to steal a roster spot. While sixth overall pick Ashton Jeanty was an obvious lock for a roster spot, there were five players battling for three spots behind him. Zamir White, Raheem Mostert, Dylan Laube, Sincere McCormick and Chris Collier all entered training camp with something the prove and the opportunity to earn a roster spot. 8/15/25 | Raiders may have revived a trade asset at position of surprising surplus. After having the league's worst rushing attack by a substantial margin last season, the Las Vegas Raiders turned over their running back depth chart this offseason. The centerpiece of that turnover is, of course, rookie Ashton Jeanty, the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. At the outset of the offseason, The Athletic specifically named Zamir White as a player that the Raiders could be open to trading. White flashed as the Raiders' workhorse back late in the 2023 season, with 397 yards on 84 carries over the final four games. Source: https://justblogbaby.com/raiders-may-have-revived-... |
