5/04/25 | Dodgers Reliever Says Fans Can 'Cry' About LA's Spending Since Every Team Can Do it. The Los Angeles Dodgers have been scrutinized for quite some time because of their recent spending habits, but as they completed their series against the Miami Marlins, the two team's payrolls have no choice but to be compared. The Dodgers have the highest total payroll in MLB at about $332 million, per Spotrac, while the Marlins are dead last in the majors with a little over $67 million in their annual salaries. 4/20/25 | Dodgers' Blake Treinen diagnosed with 'low-grade sprain' of forearm. Blake Treinen underwent an MRI on Saturday, which revealed a “low-grade sprain of the forearm,” according to Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. Treinen will return to Los Angeles for an “assessment” of how long he might be sidelined, but Roberts characterized it as positive news. “Certainly dodged a bullet,” Roberts said. The plan for now is to have Treinen rest and rehab until he is examined back in Los Angeles and a more specific treatment plan. Source: https://www.sbsun.com/2025/04/20/dodgers-blake-tre... |
